Replacement cartridges for the Avarmi Filtered Shower Kit — high-density PP, the same one that ships in the box.
Each cartridge traps rust, sediment and particles carried through old pipework. The window in the handle shows you when it is time: swap it when the fibres turn brown or the spray weakens, which in most homes is every four to eight weeks.
Which pack
- 5 Pack — around six months for one shower. £2.40 a cartridge.
- 10 Pack — a full year, and the cheapest way to buy them. £1.70 a cartridge.
How do I fit a new one?
Twist the head open, lift the old cartridge out, drop the new one in, twist it back. No tools, no plumber, under a minute.
Will these fit my shower head?
They fit every Avarmi Filtered Shower Kit.
They are not compatible with other brands of filtered shower head — cartridge diameters differ between makes.
What it does, and what it does not
High-density PP is a sediment filter. It traps rust, grit and particles from old pipework — the brown you see on a used cartridge.
It does not soften hard water and it is not a chlorine filter. Anyone selling a PP cartridge as a water softener is overselling it.
