Prices

All prices are in pounds sterling and are the full price you pay. Delivery within the UK is free.

We try to keep the site accurate, but if a product is listed at an obviously wrong price we are not obliged to sell at that price. If that happens we will contact you before dispatch, and you can either confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

How a contract is formed

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept that offer, and the contract comes into existence, when we send you a dispatch confirmation email — not when you pay and not when you receive the order confirmation.

We may decline an order if the item is unavailable, if we cannot authorise your payment, or if we suspect fraud. If we decline an order, we refund you in full.

What the product does — and does not do

Photos show the product as accurately as we can. Small variations in finish, colour and packaging are possible and are not a defect.

The Avarmi Filtered Shower Head is a sediment filter. It catches rust, grit and particles carried through pipework. It is not a water softener, it does not remove chlorine, and it is not a drinking water filter. It is not a medical product and it does not treat any skin, scalp or hair condition. We do not claim otherwise.

Delivery, returns and cancellation

These are set out in our Shipping Policy and our Returns and Refunds Policy, which form part of these terms.

Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Our liability

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill.

We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses — these terms cover consumer use only.

Where the law allows us to limit our liability, it is limited to the price you paid for the goods. We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Installation

The shower head fits by hand to a standard shower hose. Please follow the instructions supplied. We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, by fitting to an incompatible system, or by use with equipment the product is not intended for.

Using this site

If you create an account, keep your password secure and tell us if you think someone else has used it. You may not use the site unlawfully, try to disrupt it, or copy its content for commercial use without our permission.

Intellectual property

The Avarmi name, logo, product photos and site content belong to us and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Complaints

Email support@avarmi.com. We reply within two working days and aim to resolve the matter within 14 days.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought before the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your own country.
