Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United Kingdom only.

Delivery cost

Delivery is free on every order. There is no minimum spend.

Dispatch

Your order is packed and sent by our manufacturing partner. It is dispatched within 1–3 working days of being placed. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

Delivery times

Once dispatched, your parcel is delivered within 6–8 working days. From placing your order to receiving it, most orders arrive within 8–10 working days.

These are estimates from our carriers, not guarantees. If your parcel has not arrived 5 working days after the estimate, email support@avarmi.com and we will chase it or send a replacement. In any case, we will deliver your order within 30 days, as the law requires, or refund you in full.

Tracking

You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your parcel is dispatched. If you cannot find it, check your spam folder before contacting us.

Nothing extra to pay on delivery

The price you pay at checkout is the full price. There are no customs, import or handling charges to pay when your parcel arrives. If a carrier ever asks you to pay a charge on delivery, email us before paying it. If you have already paid it, we will refund it.

Changing your delivery address

We can change your delivery address before your order is dispatched. Email us straight away with your order number. Once a parcel has been dispatched we cannot redirect it.

If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we can send it again, but you will be asked to cover postage the second time.
